Responsibilities:
Identify clients for financial planning and advice.
Assess clients’ risk tolerance, goals, and time frame.
Prepare for client meetings by gathering and analyzing data.
Participate in case study and develop recommendations.
Research investments and develop product solutions.
Create financial planning deliverables.
Conduct client meetings to present recommendations or deliver advice.
Execute transactions, including trades and rebalancing, on behalf of clients or the advisor.
Service existing clients and respond to account, planning, and service requests.
Maintain accurate and compliant client records and documentation.
Identify opportunities to improve practice efficiency and processes.
Develop and implement a marketing plan to meet client acquisition goals.
Contact prospects and participate in client appreciation events/seminars.
Participate in weekly team meetings.
Responsibilities may evolve to meet the needs of the practice.

Education and Other Designations:
Active securities licensing including SIE, Series 7, Series 63, 65 or 66, Life, Accident and Health insurance license.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Teams, Word, Outlook).
Existing client relationships or book of business is a plus.
Experience in Salesforce CRM, trading platforms and financial planning software is a plus.
