As our Associate Director of Training and Quality, you’ll play a key role in driving excellence across Elucid’s imaging analysis. You’ll support advanced imaging interpretation, segmentation quality control and continuous education of our CT analysts. This role requires exceptional proficiency in cardiovascular CT imaging and a deep understanding of plaque morphology, vessel wall characterization, and image-based quantification. Working alongside our Director of Training and Product Quality, you’ll shape programs that elevate team performance, support commercial success and product development, and ensure every analysis makes a meaningful impact on cardiovascular care.

The ideal candidate will have:
- MD or DO in cardiology or radiology with subspecialty training in cardiovascular imaging and proven expertise in cardiac and carotid CT angiogram interpretation (SCCT Level III or equivalent required).
- Strong understanding of multiple cardiovascular CT analysis and reading software platforms
- Proven ability to manage teams and develop training programs in CCTA.
- Strong technical aptitude, comfortable with modern tools (such as Microsoft 365) and willing to learn new technologies.
- Excellent communication and organization, able to both work as a team and independently to meet competing goals and deadlines.
- Must be U.S.-based.
- While the role can be remote and based anywhere in the U.S., we are prioritizing candidates in the Western U.S. to help extend coverage beyond East Coast business hours and better support our customers and colleagues on the West Coast.
- The anticipated base salary range for this position at Elucid is $240,000 – 290,000. Compensation will be influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to internal pay equity, job-related knowledge, skills, education, relevant experience, certifications, and geography as outlined in the job description.
