  • Analyze vendor relationships and identify cost-saving opportunities, ensuring vendor performance aligns with business needs.
  • Drive strategic resource allocation decisions, ensuring critical capabilities are developed in-house while outsourcing routine tasks effectively.

Cross-Functional Program Support & Coordination

  • Contribute to BI&O-wide initiatives, ensuring alignment with broader Biogen North America priorities.
  • Act as a liaison between leadership and execution teams, ensuring timely progress and alignment across teams.
  • Develop playbooks and best practices to facilitate seamless execution of strategic initiatives.

Communication & Executive Reporting

  • Support the creation of executive presentations and memos for key stakeholders, including the BNA Leadership Team, CEO, and Board of Directors.
  • Distill complex analyses into clear, actionable insights for leadership.
  • Ensure key strategic discussions and decisions are well-documented and effectively communicated across BI&O.

Who You Are:

  • A dynamic, execution-obsessed strategic partner with 7–10 years in pharma/biotech driving cross functional initiatives from concept to completion.
  • Fiercely curious - you thrive on mining insights, distilling them into razor-sharp recommendations, and building intuitive dashboards that keep leadership ahead of the curve. You are an Excel ninja by night.
