In this high-impact role, you will own end-to-end operational performance across the Dropship ecosystem-including vendor performance management, instock execution, order routing logic, delivery experience (DEX), and customer experience (including DEX). This leader will act as the connective tissue across internal functions (Category Management, SC Planning, Technology, Transportation, Customer Service, Finance, and Legal) and external vendors to build a resilient, scalable, and customer driven dropship operation. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate's relevant experience, education, and work location. In addition, this position is eligible for 401k and a new hire and annual equity grant.

$149,000-$245,000 USD

What You'll Do:
- Act as the operational GM for Dropship, owning day-to-day execution and long-term strategic planning.
- Lead vendor operations, ensuring adherence to SLA compliance, shipping accuracy, lead time expectations, and packaging standards.
- Drive instock and availability through deep integration with Supply Planning and proactive vendor relationship management.
- Optimize order routing and fulfillment logic to balance speed, cost, and inventory allocation.
- Partner with Logistics and DEX teams to ensure high-quality last-mile delivery experiences despite network and vendor variability.
- Develop and implement segment-specific SLAs, exception policies, and critical issue paths for vendors and internal teams.
- Collaborate with Tech and Product teams to identify automation and tooling opportunities that improve vendor performance visibility and operational efficiency.
- Own performance dashboards, reporting, and business reviews across key KPIs such as fill rate, ship SLA adherence, RTS, and customer satisfaction.
- Serve as the voice of Dropship operations in executive-level planning, identifying risks and unlocking scale.
What You'll Need:
- 10+ years of experience in supply chain, eCommerce, vendor operations, or logistics leadership.
- Proven success handling detailed multi-party fulfillment networks.
- Strong data-driven decision-maker with the ability to break down problems and strive to root cause.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and cross-functional leadership skills.
- Proven track record to operate in ambiguity and prioritize across high-stakes initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or supply chain certifications preferred (e.g., APICS, Six Sigma, SCPro).
Preferred Experience:
- Experience leading third-party logistics (3PL), marketplace, or vendor-fulfilled supply chains.
- Familiarity with order management systems (OMS), vendor portals, and supply chain analytics tools.
- Background in customer-centric, fast-growth environments with high service standards.
