Who We Are
Wayfair is seeking a strategic and customer-obsessed Product Leader to join our Global Supplier Technology (GST) team. In this high-impact role, you will help shape the future of our supplier-facing technology platforms, including the evolution of our Partner Home experience. You’ll drive product innovation that improves the way suppliers of all sizes and regions engage with Wayfair—from onboarding and catalog management to performance insights and operational tools. This role requires strong leadership, cross-functional influence, and a passion for building scalable, global-first solutions.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the product strategy and execution for supplier-facing tools, focusing on platform scalability, workflow efficiency, and supplier self-service enablement.

  • Oversee a team of product managers and designers, fostering growth through mentorship, coaching, and continuous development.

  • Partner with engineering, design, supply chain, commercial, merchandising, and support teams to build aligned, outcome-driven roadmaps.

  • Conduct supplier research and competitive benchmarking to identify pain points, surface opportunities, and inform long-term vision.

  • Own key product metrics and KPIs to measure performance, track adoption, and prioritize areas for optimization.

  • Drive clear, concise communication of product strategy and progress to stakeholders and senior leadership.

  • Champion a supplier-first mindset, ensuring technology solutions reflect real-world user needs and business value.

  • Balance short-term delivery with long-term innovation, using both data and intuition to guide product decisions.

  • Maintain a strong understanding of platform architecture and integration touchpoints, particularly for API-first and multi-region environments.

What You'll Need

  • 8+ years in product management, including leadership experience in platform or enterprise tools.

  • Demonstrated success in managing and growing design or UX-focused functions.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence technical and executive audiences alike.

  • Strong analytical thinking and decision-making in ambiguous or fast-paced environments.

  • Experience with front-end technologies (e.g., React, native apps) and platform development.

  • Proven track record of building scalable B2B or supplier-facing products, ideally with global reach and localization requirements.
