  • Maintain high-quality investor records, including firm, contact, and opportunity-level data.
  • Track investor touchpoints, meeting notes, next steps, and event participation to support data-driven IR strategy.
  • Generate recurring and ad-hoc reports for IR, Finance, Legal, and Investment teams.

  • Lead the setup, organization, and ongoing management of data rooms for fundraising and investor reporting.
  • Ensure all materials are uploaded, archived, and version-controlled across funds.
  • Manage investor access, onboarding, and permissions.
  • Maintain and update data room home pages and folder structures to support LP usability.

  • Fundraising Strategy & Execution

  • Maintain an accurate, real-time view of the fundraising pipeline; prepare pipeline summaries and insights for leadership.
  • Join select investor meetings to support content updates, pitchbook revisions, and follow-up execution.
  • Triage LP requests, coordinating responses across Finance, Legal, and the Investment Team.
  • Partner with senior IR leadership on DDQs, RFPs, questionnaires, and diligence materials.
  • Collaborate on drafting and updating Venture fundraising collateral and data room content.
  • Support the design and execution of fundraising roadshows for Opps and Ventures, including coordinating outreach, materials, schedules, and follow-ups.

  • Assist with investor onboarding:
    • Opportunities Fund: coordinate between LPs and fund admin to ensure smooth onboarding.
    • Venture Fund: support development of an online sub-document process and manage LP workflow.

    • Manage the creation, updating, formatting, and review process for all investor-facing materials, including:
      • Pitchbooks
      • Investor-specific presentations
      • Monthly Tear Sheets
      • Quarterly Letters
      • Webinar and Annual Meeting decks
      • Press releases and conference materials
      • Ensure all materials meet compliance standards, include required disclosures, and are properly logged and archived.
      • Oversee website updates, including team pages, portfolio company listings, press releases, and compliance-driven disclosures.
      • Partner with external developers on site enhancements and potential rebrand initiatives.
      • Manage the firm’s LinkedIn presence, coordinating with Compliance and supporting content development.
      • Event Management

      • Firm Events
        • Lead logistics and material creation for the Annual LP Meeting and other major investor events.
        • Plan and execute webinars, including branding, registration, speaker coordination, and post-event follow-up.
        • Manage hybrid event setups and vendor relationships to ensure secure and seamless participation.
        • Industry & Consortium Events
        • Maintain event materials, communications, contact lists, and timelines.

Your Background and Qualifications

  • Advanced CRM expertise, including system optimization, workflow creation, and data governance; Dynamo experience strongly preferred.
  • Deep knowledge of fundraising strategy, LP engagement, due diligence processes, and investor onboarding frameworks.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives across Finance, Legal, Operations, and external partners.
  • Exceptional organizational and program management skills, with the ability to build scalable processes and manage competing priorities.
  • Sophisticated communication skills—capable of delivering clear, compelling materials and presenting effectively to internal leadership and external LPs.
  • Experience overseeing compliance-reviewed, investor-facing materials, quarterly reporting, and capital activity communications.
