Collaborating closely with the US Brand team, you will be the driving force behind generating actionable customer and market insights for a single inline or pipeline asset across various indications. Your role will be to own and develop the integrated insights narrative, synthesizing primary research and secondary data to create executive-ready storytelling that significantly influences brand and launch decisions. • Design and execute primary market research (e.g., segmentation, message testing, patient/HCP studies) to answer priority business questions.
  • Analyze and synthesize secondary data (e.g., claims, specialty pharmacy, market data) to track performance, diagnose drivers, and surface opportunities.
  • Frame ambiguous problems, propose the right research/analytics approach, and manage vendor scope, timelines, and deliverables end-to-end.
  • Develop executive-ready materials (storylines, slides, readouts) tailored to senior stakeholders, present with clarity and confidence.

  • Contribute to Integrated Customer Planning (ICP) and budget planning by providing customer/market inputs that guide resource choices.
  • Support KPI and dashboard requirements by defining questions, metrics, and implications (in collaboration with analytics/reporting partners).

Who You Are:

Required Skills:

  • 8–10 years of experience in market research and/or secondary analytics in biotech/pharma or healthcare consulting.
  • Depth in at least two competency areas: primary research methods and secondary analytics (forecasting familiarity as a plus).
  • Demonstrated experience leading projects end-to-end (problem definition, approach, vendor management, synthesis, and communication).
  • Strong synthesis and storytelling skills; ability to produce concise, executive-ready PowerPoint deliverables.
  • Working knowledge of common pharma data sources (e.g., claims, specialty pharmacy, IQVIA/market data) and analysis/visualization tools.
