Job Overview
Reporting to the Senior Human Resources Business Partner, this role will work closely with business leaders across the firm to align human resources practices with business goals, drive employee engagement, and support workforce planning. This position is responsible for serving as the primary resource for People Leaders and Individual Contributors on coaching, development and employee relations matters.
Responsibilities

Partner in the execution of HR related strategies for talent development, performance management, , compensation management, engagement and internal communications.

Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing insights and recommendations on workforce planning, talent management and organizational development.

Coach People Leaders in setting performance expectations, conducting performance check-ins and managing effective career development conversations with employees.

Collaborate with leaders to identify high potential employees, develop succession plans and drive initiatives that enhance employee growth and retention.

Design and drive programs to enhance employee engagement.

Autonomously manage employee relations matters with a balanced approach and a high degree of discretion.

Lead HR related change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions during reorganizations or business transformations.

Participate in the regular review of firm wide employment policies and manage policy related inquiries.

Partner with various members of the HR leadership team to drive key strategic priorities.
Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree required. A Master’s degree is a plus.

Minimum of 6 years of relevant Human Resources experience, including 1-2 years of HRBP responsibilities.

Demonstrated understanding of HR policies & procedures.

Experience in working through performance related items.

Understanding of relevant employment laws and experience in handling HR matters, including performance management, employee relations topics etc.

Ability to build and maintain strong, trusted relationships.

Excellent verbal and written skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
