  • Provide facilitation support during unforeseen enterprise crisis events, ensuring effective response coordination.
  • Monitor external landscape trends, industry shifts, and regulatory changes that could impact the company’s risk profile.
  • Maintain and continuously improve enterprise risk governance principles, policies, and procedures in alignment with industry standards.

Who You Are:
You are a strategic thinker with a strong background in biotechnology or pharmaceuticals and a deep understanding of risk management practices. You thrive in dynamic environments and bring a proactive mindset to identifying risks and crafting innovative solutions. Your collaborative approach allows you to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders, and your analytical skills enable you to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights. You are detail-oriented, organized, and adaptable, making you well-prepared to manage competing priorities in a rapidly changing industry.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in STEM, finance, business administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in biotechnology or pharmaceutical business operations.
  • At least 5 years of experience in program management or risk management within the pharmaceutical industry or a highly regulated sector.
