The Role:

In this role you will support enterprise-wide financial planning, forecasting, and performance management. Reporting to the Senior Director of Corporate FP&A, this role partners with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver insights that inform decision-making, resource allocation, and long-term value creation. The position sits within Corporate Finance and plays a central role in consolidating, analyzing, and communicating financial results.

Here’s What You’ll Do

  • Lead consolidated budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes

  • Serve as the primary FP&A point of contact for Commercial, R&D, CMC, and G&A, partnering on financial planning and headcount management

  • Analyze actual results versus plan and communicate key drivers, risks, and opportunities

  • Develop management reporting, dashboards, and executive-level presentations

  • Support month-end close activities in partnership with Accounting, including spend and accrual reviews

  • Own companywide labor and benefits forecasting, ensuring alignment between forecasts and actuals

  • Support strategic initiatives through scenario modeling and investment decision analysis

  • Enhance FP&A processes, tools, and financial models to improve accuracy, efficiency, and scalability

  • Ensure data integrity and consistency across systems and planning assumptions

Here’s What You’ll Need (Basic Qualifications)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finances, Accounting, Economics, or related field

  • 8+ years of progressive FP&A or corporate finance experience

  • Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical capabilities

  • Proven experience partnering with senior leaders and influencing decisions

  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with financial planning systems

  • Strong communication skills, sound judgment, and attention to detail

Here’s What You’ll Bring to the Table (Preferred Qualifications)

  • MBA, CPA, or CFA

  • Prior experience in commercial biopharma or life sciences

  • Hands-on experience with enterprise FP&A tools (e.g., Hyperion EPM, Anaplan)

  • Exposure to long-range planning, portfolio prioritization, or capital allocation

  • Demonstrated ability to lead initiatives and mentor junior team members

  • Experience working in a matrixed organization

The salary range for this role is $142,500.00 - $256,500.00. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An individual’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, specific competencies, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, performance, and business or organizational needs. The successful candidate may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, other incentive compensation, or equity award, subject to company plan eligibility criteria and individual performance.
