About This Role

We are seeking an experienced Associate Director, Contract & Prescription to Dose Strategy who will play a critical role in shaping market access, payer contracting, and dosing optimization strategies for our innovative postpartum therapeutic. This individual will design and implement contracting approaches with both payers and PBMs, while also leading the development of Rx-to-dose strategies to ensure optimal experience, uptake, and patient outcomes. The ideal candidate combines expertise in pharmaceutical contracting with a strong understanding of clinical dosing dynamics, health economics, and the unique needs of women’s health populations.

This is an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of bringing innovative therapies to patients while shaping access strategies from the ground up. You will join a purpose-driven team that values innovation, collaboration, and patient-centric thinking.

What You’ll Do:

Contract Strategy & Market Access

  • Monitor competitive landscape and assess contracting trends in women’s health and specialty therapeutics.

Rx-to-Dose Strategy

  • Lead development of strategies that optimize the patient journey from prescription to appropriate dosing, with emphasis on postpartum clinical needs.
  • Collaborate with medical affairs and HEOR to align dosing strategy with real-world evidence, safety, and outcomes data.
  • Identify barriers to appropriate prescribing and dosing (e.g., coverage gaps, step edits, patient dynamics) and recommend solutions.
  • Partner with commercial distribution and patient support teams to ensure dosing education, patient experience, and provider resources are effectively implemented.

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Serve as the subject matter expert for contract and dosing strategies, advising senior leadership on market dynamics.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, medical, and patient services to integrate access and dosing strategies into brand planning.
  • Support forecasting, scenario planning, and process improvement for the postpartum drug.

Skills You Will Need

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (MBA, MPH, PharmD, or related field)  preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in pharmaceutical market access, contracting, pricing, or related commercial functions.
  • Deep understanding of payer dynamics, provider networks, and reimbursement models within specialty or women’s health markets.
  • Experience developing Rx-to-dose or patient access strategies for specialty products preferred.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment and lead cross-functional initiatives.

Preferred Attributes

  • Experience launching or managing products with complex Rx to dose pathways.
  • Strategic thinker who can operate both at the tactical and enterprise level.
  • High level of comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Experience with controlled substances
