The Associate Director, Content Experience & Design Standards is responsible for defining, governing, and scaling global content experience standards across Commercial and Medical omnichannel platforms. This role serves as the enterprise authority on how content is structured, designed, and experienced across channels, ensuring consistency, usability, accessibility, and regulatory alignment while enabling speed, reuse, and automation.
Operating within a regulated, omnichannel environment, this role establishes design systems, channel playbooks, templates, and experience standards that can be executed repeatedly across brands, regions, and markets. The position partners closely with Enterprise Content Systems, Tagging & Measurement, Commercial, Medical, Digital, and agency teams to ensure that content is not only compliant—but intuitive, engaging, and scalable.
A key focus of this role is enabling GenAI-driven content creation by defining experience guardrails, structured templates, and design standards that allow AI-generated content to be high-quality, compliant, on-brand, and channel-appropriate from inception.
This role acts as a strategic bridge between content strategy, user experience, and technology, ensuring that experience quality scales as content volume, channels, and AI adoption grow globally.
