Job Description

About your tasks:

  • Lead and continuously evolve the commercial planning framework for our German market.
  • Drive the full cycle of commercial planning including the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), rolling Forecasts, and Long-Term Strategic Planning — covering key metrics in close collaboration with Business Controlling.
  • Monitor and validate key input variables within our cohort and customer models, integrating performance data to enhance planning accuracy.
  • Serve as the central owner of the customer data model across Redcare’s European markets, ensuring standardization and business relevance.
  • Advance automation and development of the model to enhance scalability, reliability, and cross-system integration, together with the Data & AI team.
  • Partner with Data, CRM, and Commercial teams to embed actionable insights into strategic decision-making.
  • Lead the development and execution of Redcare’s market share and competitor benchmarking framework across all countries.

Qualifications

About you:

  • Education: Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
  • Experience: 7–10 years in commercial or financial planning, ideally within eCommerce or Retail.
  • Planning Acumen: Solid expertise in commercial planning models, planning cycles, and scenario building.
  • Analytical Thinking: Able to connect complex commercial data to business strategy, translate KPIs into meaningful insights, and identify areas for growth or intervention.
  • Automation & Innovation: Passion for improving models through automation and exploring AI use cases in planning.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced skills in Excel, PowerQuery, PowerPivot; experience with coding tools (e.g., Python, SQL) is a plus but not a must have.
  • Language & Communication: Fluent in English (written and spoken); German proficiency is a strong advantage but not a must have.
