The Importance of the Role
The Associate Director, Commercial Analytics and Business Operations leads standardized and ad-hoc data reporting activities in support of the Commercial organization. This includes dashboards, Executive Performance reports, and ad-hoc data requests. This position partners cross-functionally to ensure the most actionable and efficient reporting possible. This role has broad commercial exposure to Sales Effectiveness, Data Management, Patient Services, Diagnostics, and Site Readiness. This is a hybrid role with 1-2 days per week in Sarepta’s Cambridge office.The Opportunity to Make a Difference
Primary Responsibilities Include:
· Develop Commercial Reporting strategies and objectives; operationalizes strategy into specific tactics and executes deliverables.
· Lead team of external (contracted) analysts to maintain and create new standardized reports/dashboards based on commercial analytics team priorities
· Partner with cross-functional partners to contribute to ongoing performance management Executive reporting.
· Establishes and recommends changes to reporting policies, best practices, and monitors effectiveness of reporting function to ensure high quality results to key stakeholders.
· Supporting field operations related to Veeva alignment, CRM, targeting, and data stewardship.
· Manage delivery schedule of planned reporting and request queue.
· Develop and maintain reporting standards (compliance, style, efficiency).
· Manage administration of Tableau reporting site.
· Other related duties as required.
More about You
Desired Education and Skills:
· Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s Degree preferred
· 10+ years’ total work experience
· At least 5+ years of experience in the biopharmaceuticals or adjacent industry.
· At least 5+ years of sales/marketing data reporting
· Demonstrated, applied experience with:
· Specialty pharmacy, patient-level claim, and internal hub data
· Tableau development and administration
· Veeva CRM
· Relational database models
· Ability to translate business requirements to technical requirements.
· Strong project management experience with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
· Excellent communication and analytical skills.
· Ability to travel up to 10%.
