Summary:
The Associate Director, Acquisition Data Mapping will manage daily operations of the Sales and Acquisitions Data Mapping team for Inbound transfers, ensuring all acquisition data mapping, test load and live load boarding meets regulatory and internal requirements.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Analyzes seller/prior servicer service release data reports to perform data mapping, identify data anomalies and/or missing data required for mapping and servicing of loans.

Supervise line of business data mapping sessions to obtain and modify boarding requirements.

Proactively Implements and manages controls needed to ensure data quality and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Facilitate data requirements between Freedom IT and Sagent business partners for all acquisition boarding related data elements.

Identifies and Escalates to Transfer team and sellers all mapping issues identified by the line of business.

Analyzes Sagent Business Designs Enhancements to determine impacts, if any to the loan boarding or service release process and adjusts accordingly.

Respond to audit requests related to loan boarding data on acquired loans.

Serves as subject matter expert and escalation point for staff and members regarding loan data quality on incoming and outgoing service transfers.

Attend all weekly calls with prior servicers to discuss outstanding data anomalies and missing data.

Provides weekly communication and reporting to Servicing lines of business for all incoming and outgoing service transfers ensuring visibility and accountability of required tasks.

Proactively ensure Policies and Procedures reflect current processes and contain needed controls to ensure compliance with regulatory and company quality standards.

Manage regular team meetings and provide feedback/motivation to staff members.

Manages capacity and staff development through performance evaluations, training, and constructive feedback.

Comply with all company policies and procedures.

Maintain regular and punctual attendance.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools particularly with Access Databases and Excel.

Monarch software experience required.

Knowledge of mortgage servicing systems, Sagent, MSP/BlackKnight, LSAMS, etc.
Education and/or Experience:

Minimum Five (5) years of business analysis and project management required

Minimum Five (5) years of Mortgage Servicing experience

Minimum Three (3) years of acquisition data mapping experience.
