The Associate, Digital Product role is responsible for supporting the entire eCommerce tech stack and collaborating with the development team, third-party vendors, and other teams within the company to ensure that our technology infrastructure meets the evolving needs of our business. This individual will manage inputs to the product roadmap, work closely with vendors, and gain insights by partnering with cross-functional teams. This role will contribute to making NOBULLPROJECT.COM the best possible experience for consumers, the brand, and the assortment, ultimately increasing both conversion and retention rates.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day relationship with our development agency and all third-party vendors
- Must have ecommerce platform experience and ensure all elements of the tech stack are maximized through being the liaison between the vendors and the site team
- Help the Director, Digital Product, track all contract elements, inclusive of cost elements.
- Support the roadmap by staying organized and tracking progress across initiatives. Assist in driving strategic efforts to gain hands-on roadmap experience. Collaborate cross-functionally with Site, IT, Customer Service, and Digital Marketing teams. Partner with the Director of Digital Product to prioritize roadmap tickets and manage timelines
- Enter all tickets into JIRA for the dev agency and third parties. Track tickets and provide analysis and KPIs to ensure the agency is delivering on expectations
- Assist with troubleshooting any issues with the agency and other third parties
- QA and UAT after site releases and provide regular feedback to the development agency to ensure the work produced meets or exceeds the expectations and intent of the ticket
Qualifications:
- 2–3 years of experience in eCommerce product management or a related role, with hands-on experience managing or supporting an eCommerce platform (Shopify experience preferred)
- Experience building and managing digital roadmaps and project ticketing
- Familiarity with Shopify admin, and commonly used Shopify
- Comfortable navigating web analytics tools like Shopify Analytics, Google Analytics, and Full Story , or similar behavior tracking tools
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and the ability to communicate effectively with developers and designers is a plus
- Experience working in an Agile environment and using tools like JIRA, Trello, or Asana.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
