The Associate Demand Generation Specialist will create and manage Marketo campaigns, develop email and landing page content, analyze program metrics, and collaborate with marketing colleagues to enhance demand generation strategies.

The Associate Marketing Automation Specialist role will support UL's internal global team of marketers in executing their marketing campaigns with the goal of generating new leads and increasing engagement with existing leads. Key activities include working with marketing and sales stakeholders to understand their marketing campaign objectives and building out a program strategy to achieve the desired results. A key component of this role is awareness and adherence to global data privacy laws and email marketing regulations, as well as procedures created by UL's internal Marketo team.

The estimated salary range for this position is $51,000 to $65,000 and is based on multiple factors, including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, as well as other factors. This position is eligible for annual bonus compensation with a target payout of 5% of the base salary. This position also provides health benefits such as medical, dental and vision; wellness benefits such as mental and financial health; and retirement savings (401K) commensurate with the standard rewards offered in each individual location or country. We also provide full-time employees with paid time off including vacation (15 days), holiday including floating holidays (12 days) and sick time off (72 hours).

- Create emails, landing pages, and reports within Marketo
- Program, configure, test, launch, and maintain Marketo campaigns
- Create engagement and scoring programs to support the marketing organization
- Assist in the technical conceptualization of Marketo programs that will support demand creation, engagement nurturing, and scoring program strategy
- Advise marketing colleagues of best practices for structuring and executing campaigns
- Monitor and report on effectiveness metrics related to tactics and programs managed by the MAP and related applications; make recommendations on ways to improve
- Upload lists into the MAP, including ensuring the list data is clean and only contains available field values.
- Create and maintain an email calendar, and analyze frequency of send as related to email fatigue
- Conduct QA testing to ensure programs are working as intended
- Conduct A/B testing on marketing programs to maximize the effectiveness of tools and processes
- This position is hybrid out of Northbrook, Raleigh, or Bentonville
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or related fields
- 1-3 using Marketo or similar marketing automation technology
- Experience working in a fast paced environment
- Strong writing and presentation
- Collaboration, project planning and management

- Capabilities and experience working with cross-functional peers

- Basic knowledge of demand generation strategies and MAP/CRM tools
