About The Role

We’re looking for an Associate Creative Director, Copy to help shape the voice of OneSkin—turning complex longevity science into compelling ideas, narratives, and campaigns.

As ACD, Copy, you will lead the creative development of OneSkin’s voice across campaigns, digital and print touchpoints, product launches, and brand experiences. You’ll bring our science to life through storytelling that is clear, emotionally resonant, and culturally relevant, ensuring our message shows up powerfully across every consumer touchpoint, from integrated brand campaigns to product pages, social, and performance marketing.

This role requires a writer who can move seamlessly between big brand thinking and high-performing omni-channel storytelling—concepting platform ideas that build cultural relevance while crafting the kind of clear, persuasive copy that drives engagement, conversion, and long-term loyalty.

What You'll Do

Brand Voice & Copy Leadership

  • Own and evolve OneSkin’s brand voice and copy guidelines, ensuring clarity, consistency, and distinction across every consumer touchpoint.
  • Define and maintain messaging frameworks that translate complex longevity science into clear, compelling storytelling.
  • Guide internal teams and freelance writers in applying the voice consistently across campaigns, product marketing, and content.
  • Champion exceptional copycraft and ensure the brand communicates with intelligence, warmth, and authority.

Creative Concepting & Campaign Development

  • Lead copy and concept development for integrated brand campaigns, product launches, and major brand moments.
  • Develop big brand ideas and creative platforms that translate OneSkin’s longevity science into culturally resonant storytelling.
  • Partner closely with design and creative leadership to bring campaigns to life across digital, social, retail, and experiential channels.

Product Launch Storytelling

  • Lead creative copy development for new product launches.
  • Translate scientific breakthroughs into clear, compelling product narratives and benefit-driven messaging.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Marketing and Science teams to ensure messaging is both inspiring, scientifically credible, and abiding by regulatory compliance. 

Creative Direction & Freelance Management

  • Foster a culture where creativity, science, and strategy coexist in powerful synergy.
  • Manage and guide a small bench of freelance copywriters, providing creative direction, editing, and feedback.
  • Ensure consistency in voice, craft, and messaging across all internal and freelance-created work.
  • Assign projects, manage workflows, and maintain high creative standards across initiatives.

What You Bring

  • 10+ years of experience in copywriting or creative roles at agencies or high-growth consumer brands.
  • Strong DTC experience, ideally within beauty, skincare, wellness, or consumer health for a brand with complex scientific translation/ compliance requirements. 
  • Experience developing big brand ideas, creative platforms, and integrated campaigns.
  • Experience writing across the full marketing funnel—from brand campaigns to product pages and conversion-focused ads.
  • Experience managing or directing freelance writers or external creative partners.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking, storytelling, and performance-oriented work.
  • Ability to translate scientific or technical concepts into clear consumer narratives.
  • A passion for science-backed beauty, longevity, and purpose-driven brand building..

Compensation Range: $150,000–$170,000

Our total compensation package includes a competitive base salary, strong quarterly bonus potential, and equity/stock options designed to support long-term alignment and shared success.
