This position will be a hybrid work arrangement, which translates to 2-3 days minimum per week in the office.

We are seeking a proactive and results-focused Associate to join our Business Analytics & Strategy team in Client Operations. This role will play a vital part in driving towards our divisional and enterprise objectives with the primary focus on developing quality analytic products.

The ideal candidate is someone who is:

  • Technically proficient with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to develop quality solutions through Alteryx, Python, Unqork, and Power Platforms .
  • Able to articulate organic perspectives and meaningful recommendations
  • Proactive and upbeat !
  • Comfortable in front of senior leadership
  • Familiar with Objectives and Key Results (OKRs)

What you will do:

  • Develop analytic products - ranging from low code automation to advanced analytics tied to stated objectives
  • Expand the use of low code, no code applications throughout Client Operations
  • Build relationships with senior leadership to ensure we are focused on the right pieces of work
  • Collaborate with Technology teams to advance our data strategy and overall capability as a Firm

What you bring:

  • A proven track record of building analytic products through the entire SDLC lifecycle
  • A strong preference for action
  • Experience working on data engineering projects and partnering with technology
  • Proficiency with SQL, Python, Alteryx, Unqork, and Power Platforms

Education Preferred

  • Bachelor of Science (B.S) or equivalent experience

Experience

  • 5+ years of relevant experience
