The Associate Brand Media Manager at Favor will play a critical supporting role in planning, organizing, and executing brand media campaigns across Linear TV, Streaming TV, Out-of-Home (OOH), and other upper-funnel channels. Reporting to the Director of Growth and Brand Media, this role will assist in managing brand media initiatives while also providing cross-functional support to the broader Growth and Brand Media team. Responsibilities will include campaign coordination, reporting and analysis, creative asset management, and ad hoc projects across various marketing channels. This is an exciting opportunity for a hungry, driven marketer looking to gain hands-on experience across brand and performance marketing, develop a strong foundation in media strategy, and contribute to high-impact campaigns. The ideal candidate is highly organized, eager to learn, curious with an analytical mindset, an  excellent communicator, and has a strong creative sensibility.

What You'll Do:

  • Support the planning and execution of brand media campaigns across Linear TV, Streaming TV, Out-of-Home, physical placements, and other upper-funnel channels
  • Assist in media buying, campaign setup, tracking, and optimizations while working closely with external media agencies and vendors
  • Help organize and manage creative assets for brand media campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and proper formatting for different channels
  • Analyze campaign performance by pulling reports, synthesizing insights, and assisting in media measurement projects to assess brand lift and effectiveness
  • Support the broader Growth and Brand Media team with reporting and analysis across paid social, search, and affiliate channels, helping surface key trends and learnings
  • Contribute to creative ideation and analysis, reviewing ad creatives, brainstorming new concepts, and collaborating with the in-house brand and creative team
  • Assist in exploring and testing new media channels, helping research and execute pilots for emerging platforms and innovative marketing opportunities
  • Take on ad hoc projects that support various marketing initiatives, ensuring seamless execution and cross-functional collaboration 
  • Develop a strong understanding of marketing fundamentals, gaining hands-on experience in both brand and performance marketing to accelerate learning and career growth
  • Stay up to date on media trends, creative best practices, and industry developments to help inform future marketing strategies

Skills You Have:

  • A bachelor’s degree 
  • 3+ years of experience managing paid media campaigns for web or mobile apps
  • Experience developing and managing both performance and brand media campaigns
  • Experience with business intelligence tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI, and comfortable manipulating data and drawing insights

Where you'll work: This role can be hybrid or remote, depending on the team member’s location in Texas. If you live in Austin, Texas, we ask that you work from home roughly three days per week and work at our HQ for the remaining work days. If you live in a different city in Texas, you will primarily work from home, with the opportunity to travel to Austin for company-wide events.
