Pay Range: $92,000 – $120,000 annually

Location: Norwood, MA / Hybrid / Accessible from major highways

Schedule: 9AM - 5PM; Monday and Friday REMOTE, Tuesday - Thursday ON-SITE

You’ll play a key role in growing the Cooked Perfect brand by bringing innovative marketing campaigns to life, launching new products, and shaping how consumers engage with our products across retail and digital channels. This is a great opportunity for a digitally savvy marketer who enjoys working with data, building high-impact campaigns, and collaborating across teams to drive real business results.

 ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Brand Management & Growth Strategy

  • Support development and execution of annual marketing plans for Cooked Perfect
  • Help drive brand growth across core platforms, innovation, and seasonal “Drive Windows”
  • Ensure all activities align with brand positioning, strategic priorities, and growth objectives
  • Support expansion into new usage occasions, channels, and consumer segments

Digital & Media Management

  • Support performance marketing initiatives focused on conversion, household penetration, and ROAS optimization
  • Manage and optimize retail media and click-to-cart activations including Instacart, retailer.com programs, and shoppable media campaigns
  • Partner with agencies to optimize media performance, creative execution, targeting, and ROI
  • Assist in management of brand websites, Amazon content, digital assets, and eCommerce programs
  • Support development of social content, partnerships, and digital activations
  • Monitor campaign analytics and provide recommendations based on performance insights

Analytics & Business Insights

  • Analyze syndicated consumption data using Circana/IRI and Nielsen platforms to identify category, brand, competitive, and customer trends
  • Monitor consumption, share, pricing, promotion, velocity, and distribution performance
  • Translate data into actionable recommendations for growth opportunities and business risks
  • Support retailer and channel analyses for customer presentations and Joint Business Planning (JBP) meetings
  • Partner with Sales and Finance teams on forecasting, promotional evaluation, and performance reporting

Execution & Project Management

  • Lead execution of integrated marketing campaigns and customer marketing initiatives
  • Manage timelines, deliverables, and agency relationships to ensure high-quality execution
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with Sales, R&D, Operations, Commercialization, and Finance teams
  • Support planning and execution of customer presentations, sell-in materials, and retailer activations

Go-to-Market (GTM) Execution

  • Support execution of GTM plans for innovation launches, seasonal programs, and promotional windows
  • Collaborate with Sales to support customer sell-in efforts and retail activation strategies
  • Ensure strong alignment across marketing, field sales, commercialization, and key accounts

Product & Innovation Development

  • Support innovation and renovation projects including new flavors, formats, packaging, and line extensions
  • Partner with R&D and Commercialization teams to bring concepts to market successfully
  • Assist in pipeline development and concept evaluation using consumer and category insights

Consumer & Market Insights

  • Apply consumer, shopper, and retailer insights to refine messaging and positioning
  • Monitor category, competitive, and macro-consumer trends to identify growth opportunities
  • Support consumer research initiatives and concept testing efforts

Strategic Thinking

  • Analyze performance trends and contribute to long-term brand strategy development
  • Identify growth opportunities across retail, club, eCommerce, and foodservice channels
  • Support annual planning processes including AOP, OGSM alignment, and business reviews

Leadership & Team Collaboration

  • Build strong cross-functional relationships across Marketing, Sales, Operations, Finance, and Commercialization
  • Influence without authority to drive alignment and execution
  • Operate effectively in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and customer-focused environment

SUCCESS PROFILE

  • Strong executor who can independently manage projects and deliver results
  • Digitally fluent marketer with a strong understanding of modern media and consumer engagement
  • Highly analytical with ability to turn syndicated data into actionable business recommendations
  • Commercially minded with ability to connect marketing initiatives to sales and operational outcomes
  • Understands modern performance marketing principles including ROAS optimization, conversion-driving media, and retailer digital ecosystems
  • Creative problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
  • 3+ years of experience in CPG, food/beverage, or a related industry
  • Experience in brand management, digital marketing, analytics, or commercialization
  • Strong background in digital marketing, including social media, media planning, analytics, and campaign execution required
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into insights and action
  • Strong project management, communication, and presentation skills
  • Experience working cross-functionally and collaborating with external agency partners
  • Experience working with syndicated data platforms (Circana/IRI or Nielsen)
