IQVIA is looking for a results-driven Associate Account Director to sell end-to-end Clinical Outcome Assessments (COA) solutions, services, and technology platforms to leading pharmaceutical, biopharma, medical device companies, and CROs.
Responsibilities:
- Own the full sales cycle: identifying and prospecting → closing → post-sales support within a defined territory
- Daily proactive prospecting through established campaigns to prospective customers
- Develop strategic sales plans and achieve revenue targets
- Attain daily, weekly, quarterly productivity metrics
- Coordinate resources across Sales and other departments to achieve objectives
- Build consultative, long-term client relationships
- Educate clients on IQVIA’s value proposition and solution portfolio
- Complete administrative work as required
Portfolio:
- IQVIA and exclusive Partner-owned Clinical Outcome Assessments (COAs)
- COA Licensing Brokerage services
- Linguistic Validation and Clinical Translation services
- Data analytics & reporting services
- Technology platforms for clinical trials and real-world evidence
Requirements:
- 5+ years in tech/software sales (Life Sciences a plus)
- Proven track record of exceeding sales goals
- Strong communication, organizational, and consultative skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, or related field
- Demonstrated consistent track record in exceeding sales targets
- Demonstrated consistent tenacity and drive to achieve goals
- Demonstrated success with process-approached selling
- Ability to gain executive credibility, understand organizational political dynamics and competitive awareness

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $89,600.00 - $249,600.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time).
