1.3. Scope of Role

The Assistant Project Manager - MEP is responsible for ensuring all the MEP works are carried out at site as per the specifications, BOQ, quality and design drawings.

1.5. Job Purpose

The purpose of this role is delivering the project with exceeding client expectations in all the aspects of the project operations with zero escalations

1.6. Accountabilities

Key Result Area

Major Activities

Stakeholder management

  • Manage all the stakeholders of the project with utmost authority & confidence

Project Monitoring

  • Project monitoring as per GFC, schedules, BOQ, design specifications etc.

Documentation control

  • Complete governance on the project documentation for all stages of project & audits

Project Quality

  • Maintaining the quality of all the works as per the client requirements/ design documents/ QAP  

Other

  • Proactively review workplace systems / processes to innovate and continuously improve the business performance and workplace experience
  • Performs other duties as requested by your direct manager
  • Occasional requirement to work extended hours during peak times or to assist with major functions/events
  • Development of operational standards / playbooks / operating manuals for all aspects of the business

1.7. Background & Experience
  • Overall experience of 10-12 years & relevant experience in the hospital projects of around 5-6 years & must have completed atleast 2 hospital projects including the complete lifecycle of the project in an IPC/ client role.
1.8. Qualifications & Technical Skills
  • B. Tech in Electrical Engineering, understanding of all the technical aspects of all the hospital projects & greenfield projects in general
