The US base salary range for this full-time position is 88,900.00 USD - 111,100.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our ranges are determined by role, level, and location. What you'll do as an Assistant Manager, Strategy & Operations
- Utilize data to derive insights and create clear and concise summaries for leaders across DraftKings to understand the operating status of the team's performance.
- Provide support in managing day-to-day operations, partnering with cross-functional departments and ensuring smooth execution of strategic initiatives.
- Build a strategic roadmap for success across our Loyalty & VIP Growth organization, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify and execute opportunities for enhanced productivity.
- Develop and implement a KPI-based approach to decision-making.
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Consulting, Strategic Operations and Planning, or similar field.
- Proficiency in Excel, with preferred experience in data visualization tools such as Tableau, SQL, and/or Snowflake.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively based on business needs.
- Proficient in stakeholder and project management, including the ability to align cross-functional departments to accomplish organizational goals.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with experience in market research and deriving insights for business decisions.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain required State Gaming Licenses.
