Job Description

  • To administer a complex and varied portfolio of clients requiring a more senior level of technical ability and provide support to the Manager and more junior members of the team. 
  • Act as an effective member of the fiduciary team and assist the manager with meeting business, financial and operational initiatives and projects.
  • Ensure the delivery of an excellent client service in accordance with the IQ-EQ standards and expectations.
  • Actively contribute to initiatives to improve processes to drive operational excellence.
  • Act as a role model to implement a culture which supports the IQ-EQ culture and ensure engagement of all team members to deliver excellent client service, operational effectiveness and efficiencies
  • Participate fully and proactively in the promotion of a constructive “client servicing” culture
  • Proactively contribute to the team objectives of achieving both individual and team debtor targets on a daily basis with high performance against key performance indicators achieving objectives as defined in Balanced Contribution
  • Develop working effective relationships with clients and intermediaries and internal contacts to maximise client retention and identify opportunities for growth

Qualifications

  • ICSA or STEP would be desirable.
  • Significant experience within a fiduciary environment.
  • Knowledge of the Finance Industry in Guernsey and hold a good understanding of the relevant laws and regulations. 
  • Ability work under pressure and within tight deadlines to meet the Team’s, Service line’s and clients’ expectations
