Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Process Management: Lead the planning and management of department processes, regularly identifying and implementing improvements to systems and workflows based on operational needs.
  • SOP Development & Training: Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the department, ensuring all team members are trained and well-organized for optimal efficiency.
  • Action Planning & Execution: Collaborate with department leadership to devise strategic action plans and ensure their successful execution.
  • Issue Prevention & Resolution: Proactively prevent, manage, and resolve operational anomalies in warehouse activities, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
  • Performance & Cost Analysis: Analyze costs, operational performance, quality of work, and output metrics to drive continuous improvement in departmental efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Resource Management: Manage internal and external resources effectively, ensuring clear communication with external vendors and optimizing their efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Extensive Experience: Extensive years of experience in DC operations or supply chain roles, with a strong preference for candidates with experience in the cosmetics industry.
  • Expertise in DC Operations: In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in DC design, workflow processes, transportation management, and GMP standards.
  • Market & Supply Chain Knowledge: Strong understanding of local markets and customer supply chain processes.
  • Financial Acumen: Competence in basic financial reporting, including P&L and APP.
  • Strategic Thinking: Exceptional logic, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Communication & Negotiation: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Team Player: A team-oriented individual with strong interpersonal skills and a mature, collaborative mindset.
