The Asset Management Rotational Intern will participate in two departmental rotations within business management or technology, gaining hands-on experience and working on significant projects while receiving mentorship.
Program Description
Geode’s Asset Management Intern Rotational Program offers talented and self-motivated college students the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in business management or technology within a dynamic asset management environment. Designed to accelerate professional growth, the program features two structured departmental rotations across our Business Management or Technology teams—complemented by on-the-job learning, targeted training, and mentorship. Interns will engage in meaningful projects, build valuable networks, and deepen their understanding of the asset management industry in a collaborative, collegiate setting.
The rotational program typically runs through early June to mid-August (12-weeks). This role is based out of our office in Boston, Massachusetts and is required to follow the firm’s current hybrid work schedule: Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday in-office, with the option to work Monday and Friday remote from home.

Educational Background:
- Enrolled in a relevant college degree program (e.g., business, finance, computer science, engineering) with a minimum GPA of 3.0
- Must be entering Junior or Senior year
- Completion of relevant coursework is a plus
Skills You Bring:
- Effective communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Outlook and other technical specialties as required
- Adaptability and eagerness to learn
Intern Requirements and Benefits:
- Interns will be provided Geode-issued laptop for their assignment
- Interns will require Compliance onboarding (code of ethics, policies & procedures acknowledgement)
- Interns will require new-hire Information-security training
- Interns will attend Geode Business Overview sessions
- Interns will be able to attend firmwide and department specific meetings
- Each intern will have a track-sponsor which will serve as the intern’s manager
- Human Resources will provide assistance with LinkedIn profiles, resume assistance, etc.
- Interns will be assigned a final project to be presented upon completion of their assignment
- Social events and team-building exercises will be planned for all interns
- Interns will be asked to conduct an Exit interview for feedback on the program
- Pay: $32.00 per hour
