As a Vice President in International ETF Platform team, you will have an opportunity to join one of the most innovative ETF issuers, to have access to a great variety of business topics in a fast-developing segment of the financial industry. You will demonstrate your ability to grasp & develop theoretical concepts as well as the intellectual agility required to move quickly between complex topics. Working closely with other groups and with access to subject matter experts across the firm, you will coordinate the launch and listings of new ETFs and contribute to the analysis, identification and execution of key business changes & new product initiatives, as well as participate in the day-to-day operations of the International ETF Platform team.
This role is based in Taipei, with dual reporting lines both locally and regionally. Locally you will report to the CAO, Taiwan and regionally into the Head of ETF Platform, APAC, based in Melbourne.

Job responsibilities
- Coordinate new ETF product launches and listings
- Manage projects on key operational and technical ETF enhancements to maintain a best-in-class infrastructure within the industry
- Contribute to the development, oversight & maintenance of the end-to-end operating model for the international ETF business
- Support BAU requests and governance reporting
- Establish the local ETF Platform as best in class for Governance and Control
- Act as local back-up for day-to-day ETF Capital Markets functions
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Master degree or equivalent
- Good understanding of ETFs from both a trading and operational perspective
- Strong relationship building skills with stakeholders of all types
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English
- strong communication and interpersonal skills in an international environment
- Ability to learn quickly
- Demonstrable min. 5 years' experience relating to ETFs, Project management, Front Office support and/or Product implementation, within the Financial industry
- Proven track record writing business requirements, with a robust understanding of project methodologies and risk management frameworks
- Advanced level in MS Office
- Able to maintain high quality performance under pressure
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Professional maturity to work autonomously and to deliver progress on parallel engagements, with ability to work on a variety of tasks and effectively engage with multiple groups.
- At ease with articulating complex concepts in presentations with good attention to detail and an eye for information design; also able to track and deliver complex initiatives in parallel and under tight constraint, and able to produce clear and succinct written communications
- Skills and experience in business analysis, project management and/ or operations.
- Able to stay organized in a fast-paced environment, and as \"Team player" with a strong can-do attitude. Seeks best practices internally and externally; adapts, grows and gets better as the organisation evolves
- Accountability, focus and ownership - anticipates risks, identify next steps and suggest alternative approaches where appropriate. Raises tough issues directly and decisively for discussion, prioritisation and action. Prioritise work appropriately with necessary input from others; communicates changes to affected parties
- Familiar with fund accounting and investment accounting systems and practice
- Ideally with some coding knowledge (Python is the preferred language)
