The successful candidate for this role at JPMorgan Asset Management in Luxembourg is a member of the "Account Managers" team who are the primary contacts for all services related to our EMEA Global Liquidity clients investing in JPMorgan Money Market Funds. Working in a team orientated environment with Internal partners, third party vendors, Sales, Sales Support, Marketing and other operational teams located in different locations, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of excellence and seamless, integrated experience to our clients across all JPMorgan Asset Management Global Liquidity products.
As a Client Account Manager you will be responsible for delivering exceptional operational support to the client service team and to the Global Liquidity clients of J.P. Morgan Asset Management. Provide pro-active service delivery and resolution to internal partners and client queries. The Global Liquidity Business is expanding rapidly and a high level of flexibility and adaptability is necessary to meet the requirements for the position.

Job responsibilities:
- Act as day-to-day contact for internal partners, assigned group of clients, supporting client account manager team
- Successful On-boarding (Operational capabilities) process including Retrocessions
- Coordinate AML-KYC refreshes with relevant parties
- Own day to day operational processes
- Perform and take ownership of all required client service functions including: Maintenance of client records; Ensure timely processing of all operational tasks and internal reporting within strict timeframes to ensure high quality service delivery
- Phone dealing
- Compliance with all internal procedures
- Clearly communicate significant client issues internally and document/escalate as appropriate
- Respond to client queries and other third party requests
- Promote STP means and JPM trading platform
Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills:
- Fluent in English, Excellent communication skills both oral and written.
- Client servicing/Client support function with experience in the financial sector/transfer agent
- Strong client service and analytic mind-set
- Bright, enthusiastic, motivated individual; Team player but able to work independently
- Confident, professional approach to deal with various team including sales, portfolio managers and broader teams
- University degree level education preferred
- Client focused and able to gain an in-depth understanding of clients' operational needs
- Highly accurate with good attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and to pursue/meet deadlines
- Proactive/self-starter
- Flexible/ability to adapt to change
