The Sales Team

The Role
The Arity Business Development Senior Manager is responsible for driving sales activity for Arity products and services across the Mobile Publisher and Automotive Manufacturer (OEM) segments to create and execute both short and long-term sales strategies.
In addition, the Business Development Representative will provide feedback from the market to influence Arity product and distribution strategy as well as go-to-market plans for Arity products that increase adoption of Arity’s technology and increase connections on the Arity platform.

    Responsibilities 

    • Beginning and advancing sales discussions within target markets on Arity's products. 

    • Identifying and leveraging subject matter experts within Arity for sales discussions. 

    • Representing Arity at industry conferences and events. 

    • Gain a thorough understanding of Arity, its products and strategies. 

    • Works with internal teams to plan, implement and support strategic business plans and go-to-market strategies targeting the Mobile Publisher and OEM segments, with the goal of increasing adoption of Arity’s technology and increasing connections on the Arity platform.   

    • Contributing feedback and direction on sales messaging to product marketing. 

    • Identifies new markets or customers within the product verticals through feedback gained from the market. 

    • Coordinates with alternative distribution channels across the Allstate enterprise to work cooperative sales opportunities. 

     

    Required Qualifications 

    • Comfortable developing, closing and maintaining customers from the ground up 

    • Larger Enterprise Complex Sales Experience  

    • Strong business knowledge of SDKs and the OEM market 

    • Strong business knowledge of technology and software sales 

    • Proven track record for obtaining business results through the development of effective relationships within the distribution organization and across other business functions 

    • A deep understanding of all sales related functions 

    • Superior interpersonal and relationship building skills 

    • Building relationships and partnerships in business-to-business channels 

    • Ability to work within Product, Product Marketing, Sales Engineering, and Legal to get deals through the pipeline and closed 

     

    Preferred Qualifications 

    • 7 or more years of experience (Preferred)  

    • 4 year Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred)

    Compensation

    Compensation offered for this role is 135,280.00 - 186,025.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.

    The candidate(s) offered this position will be required to submit to a background investigation.
