Architecture Director

Opportunity Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Architecture Director to join our team. This role is ideal for a technical leader who excels in designing and scaling platform level architectures in healthcare and regulated environments. As a senior member of the architecture team, you will guide the evolution of our cloud-native, AI enabled platforms to support long term scalability, interoperability, and innovation.

What you’ll do:

• Platform & Systems Architecture : Define the strategic architectural roadmap for core platform services, enabling product teams to build with scalability, reliability, and performance in mind.
• Technical Leadership : Provide senior level architectural direction, code level guidance, and deep reviews for platform components. Mentor engineering leads on architectural trade offs and promotes technical excellence through documentation, design reviews, and knowledge sharing.
• Security & Compliance : Embed regulatory compliance (HIPAA, FHIR, HL7) and security principles into platform design. Lead threat modeling and support platform wide audit, logging, and privacy initiatives.
• Collaboration & Influence : Work closely with other  architects and product leaders to align offshore platform development with global product strategy.

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of progressive experience in software engineering and architecture, including senior level platform design in cloud-native environments.
• Proven track record designing distributed, event-driven systems with technologies like Kafka, microservices, and REST/GraphQL APIs.
• Deep expertise in AWS cloud architecture, with hands-on experience deploying containerized apps (ECS, Fargate, EKS) and IaC (Terraform/CDK).
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross functionally across geographies and time zones.

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Hyderabad, Telangana*: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
