The position
We are currently looking for an Accounts Receivable Accountant to join our North American Finance team based remotely in the US. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our customer invoicing process, including incoming payments and ensuring customer accounts are accurate and up to date.
You will join our dedicated Finance department supporting the Head of Cash Management, North America Cluster.
Primary responsibilities
Your daily work includes:
- Generate and issue customer invoices
- Monitor accounts receivable balances
- Apply and reconcile customer payments
- Follow up on overdue invoices and collections
- Perform account reconciliations and month-end closing activities
- Provide support with preparation of working papers and other management information as required
- Assist in the year end audit
Professional qualifications
Bachelor of Science in Accounting or 3-5 years professional experience
Required skills
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of general financial accounting
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- MS Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).
Compensation:
The pay range for this position is $55,000 to $65,000 annually plus a 10% bonus plan. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent on factors, including but not limited to the individual's qualifications, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as physical work location within the state.
