We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Remote Appointment Scheduler to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating appointments between clients and our security professionals. This is an easy, low-stress position ideal for someone with strong communication and organizational skills who enjoys working from home.
Responsibilities:Answer phone calls, emails, and messages from prospective and current clients.
Schedule and confirm appointments for consultations, investigations, and security services.
Coordinate availability between clients and field staff using scheduling software.
Send reminders and follow-up messages to clients and staff regarding upcoming appointments.
Maintain accurate records of scheduled services and client interactions.
Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with scheduling tools (e.g., Google Calendar, Calendly, CRM systems).
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Organized, punctual, and able to manage time effectively.
Ability to handle sensitive client information confidentially.
Previous experience in administrative, receptionist, or scheduling roles is a plus, but not required.
Must have a quiet, professional home work environment and reliable internet connection.
