As an Application Scientist, you will be part of our marketing and sales team in Boston. With the opportunity to apply your technical expertise to solve new technical challenges, you will be making a significant contribution to the success of our fast-growing company. Your responsibilities
- Provide quantum solutions to ensure scientific and commercial success
- Provide application-specific customer support, including onsite system integration
- Maintain and establish customer contacts to secure future sales and support market growth
- Represent Zurich Instruments at trade shows, engage with opinion leaders and work with leading quantum researchers across the US
- Produce marketing material, including presentations, product documentation, and videos
Your profile
- PhD or Master’s in Physics, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Science with a relevant background in Quantum Computing
- Solid scientific track record with practical lab experience, including RF/microwave signal generation and measurement
- Programming experience with scientific instrumentation, preferable with Python
- Sales experience or a keen interest in developing your skills in this area
- Entrepreneurial spirit and familiarity with basic marketing strategies are an advantage
