Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Application Support Analyst with a specialization in Solimar software to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in print management systems, particularly Solimar, and possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. While the primary focus will be on Solimar, the analyst may be exposed to other US applications as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for Solimar software and related print management systems
  • Analyse and troubleshoot issues within queue directories and workflow processes
  • Develop and maintain SQL queries for data management and reporting
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and optimize print solutions
  • Assist in the configuration and customization of Solimar software for client needs
  • Create and maintain documentation for processes and troubleshooting procedures
  • Manage activities for Application Support requests and small project activities for US business unit applications
  • Act as a liaison between the user community and US IT support groups
  • Identify, evaluate, and validate system and user issues, triaging complex problems
  • Participate in problem resolution and root cause analysis
  • Develop workarounds and short-term fixes as appropriate
  • Monitor system activities, including batch runs and error logs
  • Manage ticket queues and support documentation
  • Participate in disaster recovery events and provide input for audit and compliance requests
  • Work with business teams to ensure technical solutions comply with regulatory requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
  •  3-5 years of progressive experience in an analyst role, preferably in print management systems or related technical support
  • Strong knowledge of Solimar software and print workflow processes (highly beneficial)

Salary Range: $78,200 - $117,300

Your actual base salary will be determined based on your unique skills, qualifications, experience, education, and geographic location. In addition to your base salary, this position is eligible for a discretionary annual incentive award based on your individual performance as well as the overall performance of the business.
