Job Description

Job Summary
As an Analytics Solutions Analyst - Team Leader within the Break Resolution and Analytics team (BRAT), you will be involved in performing root cause analysis, promoting process improvements, and generating actionable insights for our core Equity Operations teams in India. You will support Ops teams in enhancing the efficiency and quality of their processes in a Self Solve mode, utilizing BI tools like Alteryx, PowerBI, UIPath, Tableau, and Qlikview for process improvement and analysis.
Job Responsibilities
  • Building strong relationships with many disparate groups across the Equity/F&O/OTC stack and influencing other teams to ensure deliverables are prioritized.
  • Demonstrating a tenacious attitude that does not accept pushback willingly and escalates effectively if bottlenecks develop.
  • Managing multiple metrics to gain clarity and focus on issues/bottlenecks.
  • Understanding Cash Equities, Pre-matching, F&O, and OTC infrastructure, including knowledge of where systems sit in the hierarchy and their inter-relationships, which would be very advantageous.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:
  • Graduating with at least 2+ years of experience, in Operations within Investment Banking/Financial services firms.
  • Demonstrating strong analytical skills with complementary communication and presentation abilities, focusing on detail and accuracy.
  • Exhibiting a strong sense of ownership and responsibility, with excellent client focus and customer care practices.
  • Managing people effectively and motivating the team consistently.
  • Driving results through communication, influence, and interactions.
  • Adapting flexibly to working hours due to workplace demands.
  • Displaying drive, energy, and enthusiasm, with a proven track record of being results-driven.
