As an Analytics Operations Senior Associate on the Connected Commerce Team, you'll help drive the daily initiatives, management, and execution of the organization. In the role you'll be a liaison with staff, assist with decision-making, manage cross-functional programs, and promote key initiatives. You'll need to be a creative thinker with superior judgment, follow-through, and executive presence. You're a person who thrives in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment that entails working with a wide range of internal stakeholders.
Job responsibilities
- Develop and independently own and execute project workstreams within the Connected Commerce Data & Analytics (D&A) Organization from inception to completion
- Apply structured problem-solved skills to address top strategic priorities
- Lead working groups, problem-solving and brainstorming sessions that prepare analysis to support leadership decision making
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation and drive implementation of process changes
- Collaborate with team members across LOBs, central teams, and corporate functions, including working closely with Product and Technology teams on prioritization of deliverables
- Prepare executive communication materials for senior management and present project analyses and recommendations to senior executives
- Develop and operationalize key metrics to measure the current state, define what success looks like in the future, and enable strategic solutions and execution
- Assist teams to ensure compliance with approved risk and controls processes
- Drive day-to-day problem solving to facilitate recommendations and push the team's agenda
- Utilize organization and planning expertise to prioritize tasks, navigate organizational complexities, and resolves challenges without burdening the executive leader
- Understand the leader's intent and use your own initiative to take action, even in the absence of specific instructions
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- BS/BA Degree and 3+ years of experience in a business, analytics, or operations related function
- Consulting orientation with strong client engagement skills
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and influence both internal and external business partners
- Solid analytical skills with a strong commercial orientation and the ability to use analytics to drive business results
- Planning and coordination skills to effectively drive multiple projects in an organized, detail-focused manner
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex information simply and clearly to senior business leaders
- Proficient in MS PowerPoint and Excel
- Creative problem-solver with the initiative, insight, and judgement to develop strategic solutions
- Strong time management skills, with the ability to multi-task and keep numerous projects on track
- Driven self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment that entails working with a range of stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Experience communicating effectively with both business and technical stakeholders
- Certified Project Manager (CPM), Project Management Professional (PMP), or equivalent certificate
