The Role:

As an Analytics Manager, you will work closely with key stakeholders across business strategy, marketing, operations, product, and R&D. Your primary responsibility will be to develop data-driven solutions that support strategic decision-making and enhance business performance.

You will proactively analyze complex data sets, deliver actionable insights, and monitor key portfolio KPIs to ensure that business strategies are informed and guided by accurate, timely, and impactful data.


Requirements

What You'll Do:

  • Be a catalyst to help the customer servicing function across Loans and Credit Cards to operate strategically using data
  • Drive evaluation of competing priorities across business functions and appropriately disposition solutions that are right-sized and scalable
  • Drive efficiency and growth by identifying new opportunities and hypothesis development using data
  • Support business function leaders in planning, strategy development and operational management through data
  • Measure and evaluate Call Center and other servicing channels’ performance and identify improvement levers
  • Develop A/B test designs to implement a robust test and learn strategy
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis ranging from open exploratory data analysis to specific root cause analysis
  • Liaison with Engineering and Product to build sustainable and scalable data solutions to address business’ current and future needs
  • Own and manage BI reports becoming a focal point for business’ data and analytics needs

What You Bring to the Table:

  • 6+ years of relevant analytical experience with a bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of relevant analytical experience with a master’s degree in quantitative fields like (Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Engineering etc.)
  • 4+ years of working with and proficient in SQL and is excited about acquiring new technical skills
  • 4+ years working with and proficient in any of the major BI platforms like Tableau or Sigma
  • 1+ years of hands on experience in using Python or R to solve analytical problems
  • Technically hands-on and excited to drive initiatives end-to-end
  • Passionate about solving real-world problems with data
  • Has a growth mindset and takes proactive ownership
  • Good verbal, written communication, and presentation skills
  • Experience in Credit Card, Loans or other financial services is a plus
  • Lives the 80/20 principle to maximize efficiency and results
