In this role, you will support our production and R&D areas by providing outstanding sample analysis in an innovative laboratory environment. Responsibilities
  • Perform accurate and consistent sample analysis using analytical instruments and lab equipment.
  • Prepare and maintain laboratory solutions, reagents, and chemical inventories.
  • Manage laboratory supplies, consumables, and overall workflow efficiency.
  • Communicate professionally with internal customers to support analytical and production needs.
  • Demonstrate adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment, including 12-hour night shifts.
  • Apply strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills when interpreting technical data.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate risk prior to making critical decisions.
  • Utilize standard office software and job-specific tools while maintaining strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Comfort working in a high-efficiency and technically dynamic environment
  • Flexibility regarding responsibilities and shift assignments, including 12-hour night shifts
  • Strong motivation to learn and expand technical and analytical skill sets

Preferred Qualifications
  • AS degree or equivalent experience in Chemistry or a related field (Biology, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering), or more than one year of prior laboratory experience
  • Demonstrated ability to identify, assess, and mitigate risk when making critical decisions
  • Proven ability to accurately analyze and interpret complex analytical data
