This includes ensuring the quality, integrity, and security of AWM's data, as well as leveraging this data to generate insights and drive decision-making. The CDAO is also responsible for developing and implementing solutions that support the efficient deployment of artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies to increase speed to market for new products and services, increase efficiency, and lower risk.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product and data management, agile methodologies, data risk management, control management, technology delivery, user experience, and program delivery. This person must be able to engage with senior leaders across the business and work effectively in a matrixed environment.

- Lead the development and execution of cross-domain analytic data product solutions that address complex business needs.
- Collaborate with peers overseeing data governance, data privacy, data platform capabilities, and analytics to ensure initiatives and data needs are well understood, prioritized, and delivered.
- Support agile analytic data product and governance team development, product routines, and management information systems to manage cross-domain data dependencies.
- Drive innovation and advance the strategic analytic data vision across AWM.
- Serve as a thought leader and advocate for the AWM CDAO team.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Strong leadership, technical, and interpersonal skills; must be able to build strong working relationships with key stakeholders.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and operate independently.
- Strong judgment with the ability to balance strategic vision with pragmatic delivery.
- Robust background in data, analytics, and/or product management.
- Experience building and growing data and analytics teams and developing talent.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 10+ years of financial services industry experience.
- Experience and technical knowledge of analytic data product development, data management and governance, product management, agile transformation, analytics, metrics, reporting, and performance monitoring.
- Experience and solid understanding of Private Banking, Wealth Management, and Asset Management businesses, globally.
- Experience in strategic or transformational change.
- Proven ability to execute in a matrixed and complex environment with the ability to influence people at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to work in a highly collaborative and intellectually challenging environment.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
- Structured thinker, effective communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness and ability to challenge the status quo, think creatively, and problem-solve.
