- The Analyst will be responsible for supporting product managers, data managers and senior analysts in executing initiatives that are aimed at growing revenue and advancing technology around the IP (Internet Protocol) topology.
- You will be working with other Data Analytics Team members as well as Engineers and Data Scientists to help improve automation algorithms and leveraging big data to arrive at the most up to date, accurate information to our customers.
- Conduct ongoing data analyses in support of key customers, suppliers, and sales opportunities.
- Work closely with the customer support team to ensure all response and resolution requirements are met.
- Ensure accuracy by performing IP data audits.
- Identify and deliver clear and concise process improvements and/or product requirements to help drive the data roadmap. Identify new authoritative data sources, as necessary.
- You have strong problem-solving skills and like to work through complex problems
- Driven, self-starter who likes to work individually as well as collaborate within a team
Impact You'll Make:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience
- 3-5 years data analytics experience preferable
- Utilize tools to query, extract and transform large datasets using SQL, R, Python, Mongo DB, Big Query
- Ability to work with large volumes of datasets to analyze and summarize
- Ability to work on agile technologies like scrum and tools like Confluence and Jira
- Understanding IT networking or IP network topology
- Understanding Geospatial analytics
- Must be able to effectively prioritize workload, handle multiple priorities simultaneously and possess exceptional follow-up and problem resolutions skills
- Should be proactive and demonstrate an ability to work independently and produce results across multiple functional organizations, both internal and external
- Strong interpersonal communication skills with the ability to interact with customers and data suppliers.
- Successful candidate will have strong analytical and organizational capabilities, as well as effective written and verbal communication skills.
