About the RoleDemandbase is seeking a strategic Analyst Relations Director to lead our global analyst program. Reporting to the VP of Product Marketing, you will architect our market perception and ensure we are recognized as the definitive leader in Smarter GTM, ABM, and B2B Data. You will be a trusted advisor to the C-suite, translating technical roadmaps into market-shifting narratives that compel analysts to advocate for Demandbase as the industry gold standard.
ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership: Lead a multi-year AR strategy that shifts the market narrative to Demandbase as the AI GTM solution
Executive Advocacy: Coach the CEO, CMO, and CTPO for high-stakes briefings and strategy days to ensure consistent, high-impact messaging.
Evaluation Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams to secure "Leader" positions in major reports (e.g., Gartner Magic Quadrants, Forrester Waves).
Roadmap Influence: Synthesize analyst feedback to provide actionable insights that directly influence product development and innovation.
Sales Enablement: Partner with Sales to leverage analyst validation as a competitive weapon and support high-stakes deal cycles.
Narrative Development: Translate complex technical innovations into differentiated, value-based storylines for the analyst community.
Program Management: Manage the AR budget, agency relationships, and a world-class customer reference program.
Measurement: Establish KPIs to track sentiment shifts, analyst recommendation frequency, and direct contribution to the sales pipeline.
Experience: 8–10+ years in AR or Product Marketing within B2B SaaS (Martech/Salestech preferred).
Proven Success: A track record of securing "Leader" placements in top-tier Gartner and Forrester evaluations.
Executive Presence: Extensive experience advising C-level executives and building consensus across leadership teams.
Storytelling: Mastery in distilling technical product features into compelling, high-level business visions.
Cross-functional Leadership: Expert at leading large teams through high-pressure, deadline-driven evaluation cycles.
Analytical Mindset: Ability to translate vast analyst feedback into clear strategic themes for internal stakeholders.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
