Job Summary 

We are seeking a proactive and analytical Project Analyst to support program-level planning, reporting, and governance across the Project Delivery organization. This role operates at the program management level, enabling effective oversight of a portfolio of projects through structured reporting, financial controls, and cross-functional coordination. The ideal candidate excels in synthesizing information across multiple workstreams and ensuring program stakeholders have clear, accurate, and timely insights to drive decision-making. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Prepare, maintain, and distribute program-level financial and performance reporting across the full Project Delivery portfolio. 

  • Monitor program-wide financial health by reviewing commitments, actuals, forecasts, and trends; escalate risks and collaborate with Finance and Program Managers to resolve discrepancies. 

  • Support program governance processes including dashboards, scorecards, leadership review materials, and recurring reporting cycles. 

  • Create and manage procurement requests (PRs/POs) in alignment with program budgets and procurement strategies. 

  • Maintain organized, audit-ready documentation tied to program-level controls including financials, procurement, and compliance. 

  • Identify gaps, inconsistencies, or risks in aggregated data; proactively recommend corrective actions or process improvements. 

  • Collaborate with project delivery, procurement, finance, and cross-functional partners to ensure smooth and timely flow of program information. 

  • Support the review and processing of invoices and pay applications, ensuring alignment with program budgets and financial requirements. 

Attributes 

  • Proactive with the ability to anticipate program information needs and manage multiple priorities at the portfolio level. 

  • Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail. 

  • Collaborative and able to work across teams in a fast-paced environment. 

  • Experienced in project accounting and controls including cost tracking, commitments, forecasting, and PR/PO management. 

Requirements 

  • 2+ years of experience in project or program management, construction management, or related fields preferred. 

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred. 

  • Experience with enterprise financial systems (SAP, Ariba, Coupa, etc.). 

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to synthesize information for leadership audiences. 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with project/program management tools. 

  • Experience supporting reporting, governance, or controls functions in a matrixed organization.

Estimated compensation for this position:

80,000.00 – 95,000.00 USD per year

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
