About this role

The AIB Marketing team at BlackRock is seeking a driven and highly motivated Analyst to support the implementation of marketing activations and campaigns targeted to the Institutional Client Segment. This role involves supporting key marketing activations across various channels, including webcasts, emails, web, newsletters, paid media and more.

The Analyst will also support tactical planning and measurement of campaigns, ensuring the smooth execution of marketing strategies. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Tactical Planning: Support tactical planning on an ongoing basis via the use of Airtable and/or other project management tools as relevant. 
  • Campaign Reporting and Measurement: Collect data to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, and create detailed post-campaign reports summarizing performance, lessons learned, and actionable insights for future campaigns. 
  • CRM and Marketing Automation Support: Assist in managing CRM tools and marketing automation platforms to execute and optimize campaigns, track leads, and measure ROI effectively. 
  • Event Support: Assist in the planning and execution of webinars, conferences, and other proprietary and sponsored events. 
  • Implementation Support: Manage logistical, administrative, compliance, and organizational tasks for activations across all channels (webcasts, emails, web, newsletters, paid media etc.). 

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 
  • Strong organizational and project management skills. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. 
  • Experience in data collection and reporting for marketing campaigns is a plus. 

Skills and Competencies: 

  • A high level of interest in Investments and Capital Markets. 
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills. 
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. 
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership. 
  • Familiarity with digital marketing channels and tools. 
  • High level of comfort with using LLMs (Large Language Models)

For New York, NY Only the salary range for this position is USD$80,750.00 - USD$100,000.00 . Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, and benefits including heath care, leave benefits, and retirement benefits. BlackRock operates a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy and your total compensation may vary based on role, location, and firm, department and individual performance.
