Primary Purpose:
This position supports the FP&A team by delivering financial analysis, planning, and reporting activities in support of ADUSA. The role is responsible for generating financial insights, projections, and reliable data to enable informed decision-making and effective business planning.
The position is expected to perform competently across core finance disciplines and may rotate among functional areas based on business needs and developmental opportunities. Responsibilities include preparing accurate monthly financial reports and contributing to management presentations by providing thoughtful analysis, identifying key action items, and clearly framing decisions for leadership consideration.
*Our flexible/hybrid work schedule includes 3 in-person days at one of our core locations and 2 remote days. Our core locations include Salisbury. NC and Quincy,. MA.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support and execute financial planning and reporting processes for assigned business areas, including the three-year plan (3YP), annual budget, in-year forecasts, latest estimates, and periodic/quarterly business reviews.
- Act as a finance business partner by analyzing financial performance, identifying key drivers and variances, and delivering clear, actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Partner with business leaders to develop, validate, and align financial assumptions supporting planning, forecasting, and strategic initiatives.
- Build, maintain, and enhance financial models to support scenario and sensitivity analysis, and perform ad hoc analysis to inform business decisions.
- Actively contribute to the FP&A analyst forum by sharing best practices, insights, and knowledge to strengthen team collaboration and capability.
- Drive continuous improvement in FP&A processes by identifying efficiency opportunities, standardization, and automation.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to meet business needs and support company Values.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Plus 5+ years of experience in finance or accounting or a related area
- Proficient Excel skills
- Solid written and verbal communication
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Previous experience using SAP and BPC desired
