What you'll do as an Analyst II, Sportsbook Product Analytics
- Transform complex product and customer data into actionable insights that inform roadmap prioritization and product strategy.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to evaluate feature performance, identify opportunities, and drive measurable improvements in customer engagement.
- Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests, translating results into clear recommendations that shape future product development.
- Build and enhance scalable reporting frameworks to monitor product health, customer behavior, and key performance metrics.
- Conduct deep-dive analyses on customer journeys and product experiences to uncover trends and inspire new ways of thinking.
- Define data requirements and collaborate with Data Engineering partners to ensure reliable, high-quality datasets.
What you'll bring
- A Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related quantitative field.
- At least 2 years of experience in analytics or data science.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience working with data visualization tools such as Tableau; familiarity with Python or R is a plus.
- Strong understanding of statistics and hypothesis testing, with experience designing and analyzing experiments.
- Ability to translate complex analyses into clear, compelling insights for cross-functional stakeholders.
- Curiosity and a problem-solving mindset, with a desire to learn a complex and evolving business.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment and collaborating across teams to drive impact.
