The Crown Is Yours
As an Analyst II, Sportsbook Product you will work with a variety of cross-functional partners to identify new feature opportunities, monitor & measure the impact of new releases, and generate insights to influence future iterations of the current experience - always leveraging data to maximize both customer satisfaction and business performance. Your insights will make a direct connection to our customers, as the contributions you add quite literally show up in the palms of their hands.
What You'll Do as an Analyst II, Sportsbook Product

• Provide a variety of inputs to help Product partners build & prioritize their roadmaps
• Leverage data to enhance our measurements of product health & customer engagement, defining requirements for new datasets as needed
• Execute A/B tests and analyze their results in order to provide actionable, impactful recommendations for future product development
• Conduct analyst-driven "deep dives" that explore broad topics and inspire new ways of thinking about our customers & product

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant, quantitatively oriented field (mathematics, statistics, computer science, business analytics, or similar).
• At least 2 years of experience with analytics or data science in a work or academic setting.
• Excitement to become a subject matter expert on the digital sportsbook space, both from customer & product perspective.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, fluid work environment.
• Intermediate knowledge of statistics & hypothesis testing. Model-building experience is a plus.
• Practical experience with SQL/Snowflake and Tableau. Python/R experience is a plus.
• Curiosity to learn about a complex business and a desire to grow as an analyst.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is 76,800.00 USD - 96,000.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The compensation information displayed on each job posting reflects the range for new hire pay rates for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
