The Crown Is Yours
As an Analyst II, you'll leverage large quantities of customer, pricing, and sports data to more deeply understand our customers, models, and market to optimize revenue outcomes for the business. You'll work with our product, trading, and data science teams to identify areas of opportunity around our pricing health and competitiveness through data analysis, metric engineering, and dashboarding. Through cross-functional collaboration and problem solving, you will enable teams across our organization to make smarter, better, and faster decisions.
What you'll do as an Analyst II, Sportsbook Market Strategy
  • Leverage large quantities of customer and pricing data to drive a deeper understanding of user behavior, creating compelling scorecards and proactive monitoring around pricing health and competitiveness.
  • Partner closely with trading, operations, and data science to integrate new learnings and metrics into continuous monitoring and action cycles.
  • Take white space business problems and design repeatable frameworks to address them.
  • Transform stakeholder visions into measurable goals and create rituals and dashboarding to monitor performance to these goals.
  • Identify areas of opportunity within the space to inform roadmap for future work.

What you'll bring
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, or another relevant discipline.
  • At least 2 years of experience in business analytics or data science.
  • Practical experience with SQL/Snowflake and Tableau. Python, R, or another statistical programming language is a plus.
  • Aptitude for taking on complicated problems and turn them into simple, analytical frameworks.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is 76,800.00 USD - 96,000.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
