In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our digital strategy—translating complex data into actionable insights that fuel product innovation, enhance user experiences, and drive business growth. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to uncover trends, optimize performance, and influence strategic decisions across our digital portfolio.
What You’ll Do
Drive Performance Insights: Design, develop, and analyze key performance metrics (revenue, reach, engagement, conversion, etc.) to support digital product strategies and business goals.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with product managers, UX teams, and developers to define analytics requirements and ensure accurate implementation through Adobe Analytics SDR (Solution Design Reference).
Deliver Data-Driven Recommendations: Analyze user behavior and product performance to identify opportunities for optimization and innovation.
Visualize and Communicate Impact: Build and maintain interactive dashboards (e.g., Tableau) and deliver compelling performance narratives to stakeholders.
Champion Data Quality: Ensure data integrity through rigorous tagging, taxonomy adherence, and standardization practices.
Promote Analytics Excellence: Establish best practices, lead training sessions, and foster a culture of data literacy across teams.
Job Requirements:
3+ years of experience in digital analytics, preferably in a product-focused environment.
Proficiency in Adobe Analytics (including SDR documentation); experience with Adobe Target is a strong plus.
Strong communication skills with a collaborative, knowledge-sharing mindset.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and comfort working with large datasets.
A passion for continuous learning, innovation, and delivering measurable results.

This position will be based at our National Executive Office (NEO) in Memphis, TN
The position will be eligible for a hybrid work schedule including in office days at NEO.
