Essential job functions:
- Reporting & Analysis
- Execute and maintain periodic reports to support business performance tracking.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of data packs and reporting deliverables.
- Meeting & Event Coordination
- Organize and schedule meetings, including preparation of agendas and materials.
- Facilitate meetings and provide logistical support for internal and external events.
- Assist in creating presentations for training sessions and marketing activities.
- Vendor & Stakeholder Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key vendors and partners.
- Coordinate document collection, cost preparation, and event calendar tracking.
- Administrative & Project Support
- Support event-related activities such as data pack creation, cost analysis, and documentation.
- Assist with tracking budgets and preparing cost summaries for events.
- Additional job duties may be assigned as needed to meet the needs of the business and support our Values.
Qualifications
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
- 2+ years of related reporting experience preferably Sourcing, Negotiating, Category, & vendor management experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and related work experience.
- Demonstrated facilitation skills over multiple media types (video conferences, TEAMS, Skype, Zoom, conference calls, in-person meetings, etc.) with varying size groups (typically 5-25)
- Strong research & presentation skills (both developing & delivering).
- Strong understanding of Microsoft suite of tools.
- Demonstrated strength in communication skills
- Able to independently identify problems and propose solutions.
- Highly self-motivated, goal oriented, and works well under pressure.
